European champions Dimitri Asmanov and Nenad Maxims will lead an intensive two day course in Motocross at Ta’ Xhajma Motocross track in Gozo. The programme will include on-track riding techniques and analysis to off-the bike preparations such as nutrition and diet advice along with mental and physical preparation techniques. The changes to your riding after just one session can be dramatic.

Classes will take place on Saturday 30th March where there will be a full 6hr session. This will be followed by a 4 hour session on Sunday, 31st March.
